    GHS + WHMIS 2015

    GHS and WHMIS course is designed to fulfil the training for both the Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) and the new Globally Harmonized System (GHS) training requirements. The course explains the old Workplace Hazardous Material Information System information, as well as how GHS will change WHMIS and what the new requirements are. After completing this comprehensive course, an understanding should be gained of the relationship between the WHMIS and GHS systems, occupational health and safety laws, the purpose of WHMIS and GHS, core features of both systems, responsibilities of employers, employees, and product suppliers, how to control chemical hazards, and system related documentation and labelling.


    Traffic Control Persons for Construction

    This online course explains the techniques, equipment, and legal requirements for traffic control persons in a construction environment. It explains the importance of wearing the proper protective equipment, how to effectively control traffic in a variety of construction scenarios, and lays out general safety and legal requirements.


    Cannabis & Workplace Safety

    This online Safety Culture: Reasonable Suspicion, Cannabis & Workplace Safety course defines what positions are safety-sensitive and decision-critical. Know where your risks reside regarding workplace impairment, and identify the areas, tasks and personnel that have the greatest impact on safety.


    Firefighting & Fire Extinguisher Safety

    This online course provides the basic knowledge and skills required to fight a small fire. Topics include types of fires, fire extinguishers, and extinguishing agents; fire extinguisher operation; and firefighting procedures.


    Asbestos Awareness

    Asbestos awareness requires that all employees who could come into contact with materials that might contain asbestos be given appropriate training on working safely in these situations.
